As the Relationship Manager, Sade cultivates and strengthens strategic partnerships with realtors, mortgage brokers, correspondent lenders, investors, and housing organizations to expand access to home financing. Sade’s passion is building lasting relationships that create value for our partners while advancing our mission of increasing homeownership opportunities for individuals and families. Sade Wells previously worked for U.S. Bank Consumer Direct for nine years (third-party lending, mortgage closer, loan officer). She is a 2020 and 2021 recipient of recognition from Scotsman Guide for funding over $39M as a loan officer. She is currently finishing her business management degree and says she loves helping people who need more information and perhaps a little push.

As a teenager, Sade wanted to work for herself, so she started braiding hair in her neighborhood at age 13. When asked what superhero she would love to spend the day with, she said, “Black Panther, just so I can go to Wakanda.”
